Thank you for posting in the PayPal Community! 

I understand you would like to remove a contact to whom you have sent some money, I can help with this. 

You can add, edit, and delete contacts from your PayPal address book within the Invoice Settings area of your PayPal account.

Here's how to access your PayPal address book:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Send & Request near the top of the page.
3. Click the More tab at the top.
4. Click Get Started under "Create an invoice".
5. Hover above "Settings" and click Address Book.
6. Select a contact, then click Edit or Delete contact. 
7. Click Add new contact to add a new one.
