I am the former treasurer of our elementary PTG (PTO/PTA). I am transferring all accounts to the new treasurer but cannot figure out how to transfer or close the Venmo account. The PTG has a PayPal account setup linked to PTG assets. The Venmo email is the PTG account but attached to my cell phone number, because you have to have a cell phone number & the PTG doesn't have one. I would prefer to just transfer the account to the new treasurer but it doesn't look like that's possible from some Google search results. But I can't figure out how to close the Venmo account so she can create a new one.
