My PayPal could bind N26 bank account IBAN before. However, after N26 changed the card number, PayPal shows that there is a problem with N26 IBAN and can't rebind N26 bank account IBAN. I would like to know how to solve this problem.
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
