How to speak with a Paypal employee regarding a disappearing balance?

How can I contact Paypal regarding my balance that disappeared?
I had a $200.10 balance as of August 31st, I never transferred it to my bank account or spent it... Today I logged into my account, and my balance is now ZERO. Is there a way for me to actually speak to a Human Being at Paypal about this?

Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".

I've just had exactly the same issue although for a very small amount of money. It is showing still in my activity log and I have the email confirmation and transaction ID. I've posted a question on here about this and will have to contact them via Live Chat this week either way. I can post the resolution on here and if you get anywhere would be great if you could update your post. Losing money isn't a great look for them tbh, I am very annoyed...
