hello, how do I turn on one-time passcode login for PayPal? I'm noticing that it is not available on Safari browser.

@Gane26 Hello, I am not referring to the one touch - I don't want that turned on. I'm asking about how to enable one-time passcode login option (this way instead of entering our password on a public computer we can use a one time SMS code to login). thank you!
