I can't receive SMS code because i lost my phone number

I try to log into my account but it doesn't work, as it asks for a code via SMS from a number that I no longer have, and there is no option to log in via email.

Tento logar na minha conta porém não funciona, pois pede código por SMS de um número que já não tenho mais, e não tem opção para entrar por email.
