I can't verify my Paypal to my Google account to make purchases for some reason. I can log in, and do the whole process, but when I choose a card to use first, it prompts me with "The payment method selected with PayPal has been declined by the issuer. Please select a different method. [OR_PCR_30]"
The card I'm attempting to verify with is my debit card, and the bank hasn't prompted me to verify or anything, and I use the debit fairly regularly. So, why is it declining? I have attempted to go into the bank app and see if something is wrong, I've re-entered the cards details into the app, and nothing is working thus far. Please, help me figure this out!
