I don t receive the SMS code

The SMS code does not arrive and it is impossible to log into your account. What to do?
I'm currently on a trip and my SIM card is in roaming.

Paypal is country specific so you will hit problems if you are trying to use it internationally.

It turns out I can’t go on a business trip? I need to submit a financial report and need PayPal statements. Unfortunately, I can’t do this now because PayPal doesn’t send the SMS code. And I can't log into my account.
