I'm attempting to convert my account to a business account. However, every time I click on "Convert to Business Account," it redirects me to a page where I need to enter my name, email, and password. Upon doing so, it informs me that I already have a personal account and prompts me to log in again. This cycle continues indefinitely.

Please try clearing the cookies and cache in your web browser, close it, reopen it, and log in again to try to upgrade. If the problem persists after that, please reach out to Customer Service for further troubleshooting.
