Identity Document Reupload

I got a mail yesterday stating, We couldn't confirm your identity documents. I also got the following two guidelines:

Just log in to your account and find the submission link in your notifications or go directly to the document submissions page after logging in.

But I couldn't follow these. Can somebody guide me with this?

Notifications is the bell icon top of page (right) of your paypal account.
