I got an email saying I was eligible for withdrawal, then I logged in to add my bank account, but nothing worked. I contacted customer service, but they told me I need to upload my ID,i uploaded this document, but they did not accept it. they asked me to send a notarized confirmation from the competent authority. it is a huge fraud. because this notarized confirmation, means it is valid anywhere in my country of my government document,They can use it for online banking purposes...etc. pay.pal they are getting closer to fraudulent activities when it comes to sensitive documents, and the support is pretty bad.then, pay.pal support asked for it, I have forged documents and send it to them, but still the same information, i upload few documents for them to verify my identity (about 5-6 link), but it was not confirmed, so, i need someone to help, and stop these frauds, They are asking for things that could cause massive fraud
