My debit card expired, can I withdraw money to my local bank ?

Hello community members!

My VISA Debit card has recently expired and I'm in need to send money back to support my family, can I still withdraw my money to my local bank ? Do I need to open another VISA Debit for this ?

As you haven't added your country to your community profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) OR said in your post which country you are from unfortunately its hard for us to advise.

Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

If you know your actual bank account number and are able to link it instead of the debit card then in a few days you can transfer money from that account to their account or find a way to send it. It never hurts to grab a new card either . Good luck.

They may well be in a country where you can't add a bank account OR withdraw to a bank account so your advice is incorrect.
