hello i have an issue with my card i had an business account on pay pal i recently deleted it and sign up with new personal account i tried to link the same card that i linked to the business account and pay pal send this " This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method. " and i cant reach the old account.
