My PayPal is stil not verified

I have added my card details. I even sent in my documents such as ID and proof of residents. But I still keep getting the notification: "Error. PayPal account not verified. Please continue to the PayPal website and complete verification."

Did you confirm your card after adding it and is it a credit visa required in your country?
