Because I have transfered a certain amount through paypal it wants me to verify myself with my government issued ID which is totally fine. I have had the account for many years so I figured I already had it done by now.
It asks for my ID number on my government issued ID. Which number is that? How long is it supposed to be? Just numbers or letters as well?
