PayPal "refunds" for refunded and paid for purchases don't show up in my bank account -

Several PayPal purchases Pay in 4 were partly refunded by seller  because I overpaid. The payments went out of my bank account, but I've never seen *any*  deposits back in. Has this happened to others? How did you solve it? By this point it's been over a month and a lot of money.

Does the refund show as completed in your paypal account?

If so and its been over 30 days since being marked as completed then contact customer services for a trace?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
