Paypal IS the ABSOLUTE WORST

In all my professional life I have never dealt with such a technical and hierarchal deficient company EVER! For five days I've been trying to get on with this damn company and can't get anyone to resolve the issues. You can't call or be transferred to the actual tech support division even though nobody else can fix the issue...I have NEVER experienced that before. People say they will get back to you and don't. And then when you use their ticket system it takes forever for them to get back. I had a ticket submitted on Friday and it is going on Wednesday and still nobody has responded. My "account manager" is in the wind, and since I officially have an account manager, all the other account managers REFUSE to handle the situation. The "customer support" can't do a damn thing...the most useless customer support I have ever come across. I have literally been on the phone with them today alone for 5 hours and spoken to at least 11 people and still have not reached anywhere. Tell me why my phone call is routed to India to then be routed back to the US for every damn support call?

 

This company has the most dysfunctional support structure and inept sales team I have EVER dealt with. And I am really thinking hard if I have had a more displeasurable experience. If it wasn't for the fact that it's a damn near prerequisite to offer paypal to online customers I would have dumped this dumpster fire issue in dealing with paypal two days ago....but better believe by the end of tomorrow I will be doing it. Utterly disgusted!!!

Yes it is like it has been hacked or bought out. The is no customer service...li.ks don't work ..pp means **bleep** poor
