Problem with setting up a bussiness account

I have problem as seen on the photo below, everything I try to write in  the field it finds nothing and won't let me proceedpaypalerror.png

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues setting up your business account. I'd normally recommend starting with clearing your browser's cache cookies and history. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend trying a product or keyword that more closely matches what good or service you're selling. You may also want to change your Company Type to more closely match what type of business you are conducting. Our Customer Support is available if you have any further questions or concerns.

Hello, I have tried everything but it does not help, I would like to get in touch with live agent but it seems that this option is not available for me. I tried to write an email but the person did not quite understand my problem and it takes long to reply to each other.
