Recovery account password old details

I would like to recover my old PayPal account, but it requires two access details, and I only have the recovery email. Is it possible to recover my account without additional information? Thank you.

I do understand that you want to recover your old PayPal. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to get more information. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
