Total Joke PayPal Support - "We’re having trouble making sure it’s you" (HORROR)

My login problem started in 18 October so it's been 23 days since I cannot login in my account. I spoke with diferent customer support agents over the phone and I tried all their methods and I still have the same error when I'm trying to login. Methods said by the phone support: -Wait 24 hours without trying to login -Wait 24-48h without trying to login -Wait 72 hours -Someone will reach out to me over email from PayPal in the next 48-72 hours ( it's been 10 days since that suggestion and no one has contacted me) -Send an email to europeanservices(at)paypal.com ( sent an email to that address and those guys told me to call the phone support Nr.) I felt really stupid, Total Joke!! - Send an email to europeanservices(at)paypal.com with a lether of authorization that says I authorize PayPal to withdraw the funds from my account to the bank account linked in my account. Did that and the person replied that I need to call PayPal phone number support. Total Joke again! - Give up on this, my account îs somehow broken and I cannot do anything, just create a new one. (I would just do that but I have some funds that I want to withdraw ) I cannot believe NO ONE from PayPal can help me get back to my account or just withdraw my funds on the bank account linked in my PayPal account

• Try to clear your cache and cookies from your browser or use a different web browser to log in. If you're trying from the app, please try to re-install it.
• Try login in from a web browser instead of the app to check if you'll be allowed to access it.
• Log into your PayPal from one consistent device
• Make sure you are logging in from a secure location and avoid using any VPNs or Proxy Servers


Advice is voluntary.

Same issue on my Linux PC!     I've even tried a (gasp) Windows machine no difference.   Cache eliminated.

I set up a new account. as per "support" Have been on the phone with them seven times. Sometimes the rep could hardly be understood due to a foreign accent !

I  even spoke to Supervisor, who knew less than rep!

 

  They won'r transfer my account info to the new account, so all the credit I have accrued, is gone.

  I can't login to make a payment so my credit score is going to suffer.

I have been a PayPal customer since 2005.

 

I have even checked the "Keep me logged in" square,

which when I make a purchase,  it say's this is a trusted device so you won't have to log in.

 

There have been no unauthorized charges to my account So being "HACKED" is probably not the cause.

24 years using this service, and I am now totally disgusted that they "can't be sure it's me",

and the program crashes  every time I try to "recieve a text".  Then next time it replies "Lets try something else" ,

and again I get the    "can't be sure it's me"     blurb. "The try something else "  has options I don't have

access to,  or have never even set up.

 

I guess I will somehow pay off my balance, and then close the account for good! 

It is no longer any good to me.    I will not recommend it to anyone else.
