I enabled two factor authentication for Google authenticator. It worked only once. When I wanted to login later it didn't work. I try to sync the google authenticator, remove cookies, different browser, etc. As a last option I contacted paypal support and they disabled two factor authentication. I was able to login with email and password but I need two factor auth so I enabled it again but with Authy (instead of Google authenticator). I was able to login once and now I am not able to login. The account is locked.
What should I do? I will probably call to support again to remove the two factor authentication but how can I enable it and make it working for more than 1 login?
