Unfairly perma ban

I registered a few days ago with an email that I used before I closed the account and reopened it after i moved from Canada to Australia I linked my debit card and tried to link my bank account (the 2 transactions never came in yet) And I received a withdraw from fusion markets for only 10usd (15aud) Instantly got perma banned with no explanation or any kinds or support provided

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
