Unlink my secondary email from a suspended primary account;

Hello community, I really need help please, this my account email was added to another paypal account as secondary email, unfortunately the primary email account was suspended, i'm un able to unlink my account from the suspended account, kindly help, I have tried to reach help center but i am unable, Kindly is there a way i can get help please please?

my email is receiving payments but the payments are blocked please help

I do understand that you are unable to unlink your account from the suspended account. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our support team to get this resolved. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
