WHY IN THE [Removed]IS IT SO GOD DAMN HARD TO GET QUESTIONS ANSWERED WITHIN THIS COMPANY? FOR INSTANCE THIS QUESTION HAS BEEN ASKED FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS AND IT NEVER GETS AN ANSWER AND I MYSELF CONTINUALLY ASK THE SAME QUESTION AND IT NEVER GETS ANSWERED. THE FIRST TIME IT WAS ASKED WAS IN 2017: THE ALERT/NOTIFICATION BELL WITHIN THE APP CONTINUALLY SHOWS THAT THERE ARE NOTIFICATIONS OR ALERTS THAT ARE NEW, NO THERE ISN'T IT'S BEEN THE SAME [Removed] FOR 3 YEARS AND THERE'S NO WAY TO DELETE THEM OR TO STOP THEM. SECOND QUESTION, WHY IN THE HELL FOR THE PAST YEAR DO I HAVE TWO PRIMARY NUMBERS ON MY ACCOUNT AND THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO DELETE ONE OF THEM, ONE OF THEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PHONE NUMBER IS YET I HAVE NO AVAILABLE OPTIONS WITHIN THE APP OR ON THE WEBSITE TO DELETE IT, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION FOR IT IT CONTINUALLY TELLS ME TO ADD ANOTHER NUMBER TO DELETE A NUMBER I HAVE TWO [Removed] NUMBERS ON THERE AND ONE OF THEM IS NOT MINE.

The links above show EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Pathetic that I have to use another company service just to show you screenshots of what I mean, even though I'm sure not one [Removed]ing person is going to read or care about this that actually works for PayPal. The PayPal chat within the app is absolutely worthless and every time someone finally is available to read what I've asked all they do is close the question and then I have to reask it again and then about 2 weeks later someone will finally come to that look at it and then close it and it just repeats over and over no one ever [Removed]ing reads anything and answers it within the app.

And of course some jackass just came in and deleted the [Removed]ing links that I showed you, bravo moron [Removed]ing bravo! Well done mod it was there for about 5 minutes until you seen it and deleted it, but you didn't worry about answering anything did you? You would think a banking app would have more professionalism.

Filing a report with the FTC due to PayPal allowing a phone number AND an address to be added to my account with no authorization by me, as well as having NO option to delete both of them. I have been dealing with this for a year now and have spoken to about 20 different people over that timeframe and not 1 employee provided any help whatsoever and they continue to allow them to stay on my account.
