When I try to login to my PP account, no matter if I use desktop or mobile app, after inserting the password, the following message is displayed:
"We’re having trouble making sure it’s you".
What is this?
Usually, to log in a text message used to be sent on my mobile number, but starting from yesterday the message is not delivered. More than that, today, when I try to login, after inserting the passwords, that option to allow sending a verification code on my mobile isn't available anymore and the error message I already mentioned appear.
Also, what is more strange it that in this morning I manage to login in my PP app without being necessary to insert any password, but after not interacting with the phone for a few minutes, I was automatically disconnected and receive the error after tried to reconnect. Why is it encountered? At the moment I don't have access to manage my account or to do the transactions I need. I sent a message to enquiry* but still no answer. Please, I need to solve this case.

So. it's been 72 + (more like 90) hours, and as quietly expected - still can't access my account. So basically it is all BS about waiting 72 hours. The silliest thing is, when you send an email to PayPal support, saying you can't login, they respond to you via message center which requires you to log in.
Modern day world is filled with stupidity and nonsense. Technology is advancing, but we, humans, my God we are becoming dumber by the hour.
How to explain to a person: CAN YOU STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES TO A SYSTEM THAT NEEDS LOGIN, WHEN I'M TELLING YOU I CAN NOT LOGIN, because your SMS for login never arrives?
Can someone give me some advice, apparently I'm incapable of explaining this to a person who gets my emails.

I tried login and catcha asked to click on traffic lights. Clicked on poles too, cause it seemed right to click on them. It turns out to be not. It's been over 3 weeks, two calls, multiple password changed through phone. Tried to login with my phone, my childs phone, refresh history on my computer, delete vpn, cookies, changed my IP adress unpluging internet. Waited 72 hours after 1st call, waited for 2 weeks after second call to log in. Done all and still after waiting for 2 weeks today I get message "We're having trouble making sure it's you". Tried purchasing on Temu 2 weeks ago, then it was me. But as I try to login it's not me. It's my only sourse of income. My last months salary is over there. Please help at least to withdraw money to my bank account.

Update, it's been another 12 days, 5 weeks total. Waited for 8 days, purchased phone internet on my name and my home address, used it on my laptop to show that I'm calling from my home. Called, got a link, didn't work. I'm a little bit confused as to why do I have to feel like I'm a hacker trying to hack my own account.

I do understand that you are unable to access your PayPal account due to error. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
