hello there i was wondering and trying for so long to find a way to create personal paypal account in iraq my country is not in the list it really makes it hard for me to live i can't buy things online i can't get payed for working online my country is not supported by anything so can you please help me figure this out?
Nothing to figure out because PayPal services is not available in Iraq. Unfortunately, there is no way around it without risk of being banned or lose any money received.
