does paypal actually allow dropshipping?

hello, I have been seeing at many places that PayPal doesn't allow dropshipping but others say they do. I am totally confused as to whether they do or not. I have a registered business as a sole proprietor. I have the business documents and have given gst number to PayPal as well. please answer my question. if they do allow dropshipping, what are the things I should keep in mind, and if they don't, why not? thank you
