Fraud using Paypal

Fantastic scam and fraud is going on, using credit card and paypal. I just got scammed, I know that 100%

Once you pay - you get confirmation and transaction number.

I did pay and got TN etc.

from PP number and all that. But it doesn't show in my PP account, but CC was charged.

How can I contact PP direct? I can't use resolution center because of the clever fraud, nothing showing in my account.

What can be done?

They clearly using PP account.
