Hey! So I was sent money via a friend and they sent it to my old account and I’m unable to access the funds because I don’t remember my password...I did however, verify my email address but then wanted to know my security questions or send a text to a number I had years ago! How do I get around that to log on? My fault for not updating my information I guess! But the money isn’t even pending on the other end. It was directly put into my paypal account. And I can’t seem to speak with anyone besides an automated voice! Please help!

You are only allowed 2 paypal accounts max as long as 1 is personal and the other 1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk both being limited.

So your best bet is to contact customer services and see if they can help you regain access to the old account via your security questions for that account.

May be best to wait until the phones are back up and running again.
