I need to change the billing adress of my account

i want to change the nationality from Argentina to Usa because my billing adresses of my USA bank account is in Florida. So everytime i try to link a my USA Bank account it is not working cause the REGITRATION FORM ON THE WEB SITE ONLY ALOWS ARGENTINIAN ZIP CODES.

please help me!🙏

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
If you are having problems adding it then contact customer services and they can add it for you.
