Account temporarily restricted due to not adding cell phone number.

Hello;

 

I am unable to add a mobile number since I don't own a mobile phone nor have I ever had one. I simply can't afford to buy one. I have been a loyal member for years and use this service frequently for small purchases. Paypal has my landline number and it's been good enough until now. I can't even log into my account to contact them directly, so I'm at a loss.

Sadly to continue using paypal you would require to get and add a mobile phone as they are using it for security measures not to access your account and for withdrawing funds.

I am locked out too.  I have a cell phone but have no desire to give it to paypal.  They have a land line, email account and previously asked security questions that I have confirmed my identity with.  Yet they still refuse to let me do anything with the account!  (Surprise, except charge more items.)

I posted here for help to my problem so I don't understand your reply b/c it's of no help at all, it's not even the same thing, you have a cellphone, I don't. You can give them the number, I can't. So I'm still looking for help.
