I try to add another EMail, but the system does not accept.... WHY?

Hello @desirecube,

 

Is it possible the email is already active on another PayPal account? If so, the email address would not be able to be added to yours. I would recommend trying to add a different email address to your account if need be, or reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page.
