Setup account wrong. Want to change account type.

Hi there,

We're a nonprofit organization and just realized that there are non-profit accounts for PayPal.  What do we do?  Do we stay with the current business account or try to switch over to or make a new nonprofit account?  I've been trying to find a phone number at PayPal but they make it really difficult to contact them.  

My second question is:  We're building a website and wish to have PayPal process payments and donations right on our website instead of redirecting to PayPal's awkward payment page.  Is this even possible?  

Your advice and direction would be greatly appreciated!

Go into your account settings, to Business information category on the left sidebar and click update on the right. Then you’ll see your avatar and there’s an Edit button to the right of it to click. Click the business type field to select “Non-profit organization”. I suggest combing through all the account settings to familiarize yourself with the setting and adjust to your needs.
