I have succesfully linked and confirmed a credit card (two in fact), yet when I try to add money, it won't let me. It says I need to link a bank account , and describes the benefits, but why should I have to do that when I have already linked credit card(s)? I will never add money to PayPal from my bank account, or vice versa.
You can only add or withdraw funds to and from a bank account in your country and not a card.
BUT you don't need to add funds to your paypal balance as a buyer, if you have a linked card then just complete checkout and paypal takes it directly from that linked card.
