Cannot log in for months

I cannot log into my account. I have tried several times for close to a year and each time it says try again later. I decided to make a new account since my old account had a balance of 0 anyways. However my new account will not allow me to connect my bank card since it is still attached to the old account! What can I do? I just want to delete the old account somehow.

Hello there have you tried to get a new password for the old account? so you can use it again or delete it its not a good idea to abandon your old account

I have tried changing my password but I get the same response as when I try to log in. It always says "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again." Thanks though!
