Forgot password and answers to security questions help!!

hi! i forgot my password, and i tried to reset it, it sent me a gmail code, i used that, but after that, it told me complete one more option, SMS, phone call, or security questions, but the problem here is, i forgot my security questions and i lost my sim card!! i really need the 30$ on this account, help please!

Only customer service can help you at this point - if you did setup your account security questions and answers, that may make a difference.   That's all that can be suggested as this is a public community and unfortunately, no one here has customer service capabilities.
