Help i'm stuck in a password reset loop

Hello, i"m having a problem logging in to my account and had no other choice but to make another to start off with the problem. every time i try to log onto the account an error message will pop up saying "For security reasons, you’ll need to reset your password." and i do so, i enter my email and type in the code and when i finally type in my new password. but i'll type it in and confirm it and click save and. nothing happens I've clicked it multiple times to see if anything changes. so i head back to the log in screen and type in my email with my new password and the same "For security reasons..." still shows up now matter how many times i reset my password. changing web browser or deleting cookies and cache changes nothing. and i cant log in to delete the account so what should i do?
