How to fix account locked

Because i forgot my password and recover it, then i make a new password,when i type ng new password paypal said that its wrong i type many times and my account has been locked! How to fix it?? Help me please

Hi! The link is not working. What is the solution? I also have the same issue. I always use my desktop to log in but earlier today, I decided to install Paypal to my mobile. I have been trying to log in but unfortunately, I got locked out because of several log in attempts! Now a prompt shows "SORRY COULDNT VERIFIY IF THIS IS YOU". How do I recover the account? It's just a new account that I created since we need personal accounts for work. This happened around 4 PM EST. Help! Some of our business funds are there.
