For years I had 8 emails on my Paypal. I used them all regularly except maybe 1 or 2. Tried to change the password for one but it wouldn't let me. So I deleted the email & added it again, hoping I could make a new password. But NO, it says I can't have more than 7. I understand 7 is the limit, but I tell you I had 8 before. So why was I allowed 8, and why can't I have that 8th email back now?
