Mom's password lost

Good morning guys,

 Hope you're well.

I am here writing you to ask for your help.

My Mother Paypal account password got lost. I am trying to help her to get a new password but the process keep asking me a "security control code" through a mobile number she does not use anymore and I have no other option to get this code that by text/call on that number.

How can I move forward on this process? Any tip?

Thats the importance of keeping your contact information up to date on Paypal.

All you can do is phone or message customer services and see if they can help her regain access.
