My secondary account is closed and the phone used to reset password if off (due to lack of money).

A family member sent me a few bucks on my secondary Paypal account the problem is I cannot access it due to having forgotten the password.

It is telling me I can reset the password with a text to the phone number on the account, however that phone is off which is why I am trying to get a hold of the money she sent to me.

Is there any way to reset my password using security questions or anything else, as the only options Paypal is providing on that second account is to receive a text.

I'll have to wait three more days to get it otherwise and Walmart Money Counter is asking for a barcode I can't actually log in to get.

Any ideas?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
