Problems with identity confirmation

Okay so it’s been saying that I have to confirm my identity with my ssn for a while now to accept my money and once I did do that, it’s still saying the same thing I sent my social security number but it’s still saying I have to confirm it to use my money? I’ve also been having a problem with confirming my email every time i confirm it and I go back to PayPal it still says it hasn’t been confirmed

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
