Does anybody know how to switch PayPal accounts from India to UK ?

@Martini21 Thank you for communicating with us. No. You can't change your address to a country that is different from the country you used when you opened your account. If you have other residence to another country, you can have 2 paypal accounts as long as the other is a business account I hope this helps. Thank you.
