Uploading photo ID (Driving License)

Hi want to know if i can upload a picture of my driving license by taking a picture of it and uploading it or do i need a some kind of document? thanks, Rowan.

can't figure out how to use this either  won't let me reply to anyone. all i know is that it won't upload a photo of my id because of not enough klios what ever that is ready  to just burn the computer

If you upload a file that is too small or blurry you won't be allowed to correct it. I've waited over 2 weeks to try to upload a new file as I was told mine was too blurry for verification (after being a PayPal customer FOR OVER 15 YEARS) thus my account is not complete. Repeated attempts to contact PP have been fruitless.
