I do not have a mobile phone. Before the screen asked if you want to create one. If not , you could just move on. Now the screen makes you add one and I cannot get passed that screen to reach my account. It does not respond to either choice available

Due to new EU Regulations, authentication is now required when accessing your PayPal account, and completing a purchase. A mobile number is generally the method used to complete the authentication. More information on this can be found here - https://bit.ly/2UKJ3Qy. For assistance accessing your PayPal account, please contact our Customer Support team by phone. If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
