name mismatch

my paypal name is--sunny saini. ... but in my kyc aadhar and pan card name is--- sanny...this is mismatch problem .. please accept my sanny pan card or otherwise change my paypal

User to user forums can not fix this.

Name changes must be manually made through your account on website or through customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other available options.
