A wrong billing address was picked up when I bought something. This billing address is over 10 years ago. I cannot find it anywhere on Paypal it appears under wallet card correctly and under manage my 1 address quickly.
Where is this address being picked up from?
The company says it is on Paypal and not a fault at their end. Many thanks for your responses.
You can check all your billing addresses once you login in your account and go to settings and manage addresses in your account.
Here is how to update your preferred shipping address through the check out flow:
Click Change across from the Ship To address.
Select the correct address you wish to ship to - this will route you back to the Review page with the new address.
Check mark the box to 'Make this my preferred shipping address'.
If adding a new ship to address:
Click Change across from the Ship To address.
Click on '+Add' in the upper left corner and enter in the new address. On the bottom of the form check mark the box to 'Make this my preferred shipping address'
