I can't put money on my prepaid card and I have bills to pay. I keep getting this message "Error transferring money between your PayPal account and your PayPal card. Please try again." what does this mean? Everything is linked up properly but I can't put money on my card

Lets not forget Paypal has lots of HUGE Worldwide eCommerce sites that except their payment platform.  If they can't get the issues fixed, those vendors are gonna be **bleep**!! I bet dollars to donuts this issue is gonna make the nightly news if it hasnt already. Total embarrassment

I fear this thing may never get fixed.

7:40pm here in New York and I dont see this getting fixed until somebody puts a match to them and gets them moving.  Once its front page news and huge embarrassment to the CEO and eBay, something will get done

Yeah. At least some kind of ETA would be nice. It took 3 calls and a supervisor to even find out what the problem was.

I do feel bad for the call center employees. They've ranged from completley in the dark that there's an issue to clearly stressed and apologizing profusely and they're taking the heat for something that isn't their fault.

Where's the notice on the web page, or even here, Paypal? Or should I say PayEnemy?

Totally agree! a homepage announcement would be nice to let people know whats happening.  But for more than 3 days and no announcement of any kind is very poor management!  I'm sure heads are gonna roll for this one.  Or at least it should, but not the poor folks handling the calls who can't do anything about it, and since they can't fix the problem.  Not their fault at all

Still *not* working.. To be honest here I think tell the "reall" executives, CEOs, whatever get in and figure out there is a problem here, getting their "reall ITs" in that actually have training and admin rights to servers, active directory, - all these people will aso be in coming into work on Monday morning; so I think were all going to be SOL untill then, which isn't right. We should be refunded not just the 5$ fee they charge us for this a month but for the *HUGE* inconvenience and loss of a Father's Day weekend for all the people without money that can't pay their bills and are getting late fees like me- the people operating this system right now are just the weekenders from third-world countries... Do you think the higher ups give them any admin rights or privileges?!? ...they don't know how to or have the means to fix these problems... Don't even have the permissions to put a notice up in pay pals name... Nope- just a bunch of people in a "customer care" center taking calls during the weekends - we are waisting our time intill Monday!

Something tells me the executives and CEO at PayPal don't even use their own *BLEEPING* service. Otherwise, this **** would've already been fixed by now, FFS.

This is completely unacceptable as a financial institution that holds millions of peoples money online. ESPECIALLY given that Fathers day is only a few hours away from now..........................................................

How the *BLEEP!* is PayPal still in service? With such a *BLEEPING* horrible reputation and management? Holy *BLEEP!*

In agreement there. I'm pretty afraid this won't be resolved until Monday night at the earliest. But given this has been going on since Thursday at least, I'm not holding my breath.

I wonder if there's a way we can get a mass demand for a refund for the $5 for this month. I'd say a petition, but those are lame and I have no idea how to go about getting any real amount of people signing it anyway. *sigh*
