Customer Service Hours Thanksgiving Day 2017

So i've neen using my Paypal Debit card to order some items on Wednesday. Paypal has now locked my card due to the spike in my spending That's fine but I should be able to call their customer service and get it straighened out. But I can't because I get an automated message saying that due to the holiday they are now closed and will have reduced hours on Thursday from 12AM to midnight. that makes no sense becuase if their hours were reduced the wouldn't be open from 12AM until midnight. Also everytime I call customer service, I know their call center is farmed out to India and they don't celebrate American holidays there.. So what time will they be open on Thanksgiving. I'd like to do some black friday shopping but I won't be abel to if they keep my account locked.

So what tie, if any. will Paypal be open

I just had some trouble with an incorrect balance on my card and got the same message. I just called back again to hear them repeated and this time I got a completely different message saying they were closed and it gave me the hours in EST ( when normally their hours are based on PST).

I've personally called customer service on a handful of occassions at different times and have never had a call "farmed out" to another country so I'm not sure that's the issue.

Any answers??? I still can't get anything. SAME MESSAGE HERE AND IT'S REEAL FRUSTRATING!
