Hi. I am trying to confirm a Mastercard debit card in paypal, which is associated to an EUR account, issued by Raiffeisen bank, Bulgaria.
I have sufficient amount in the account for the registration. The process is simple as I have done many times.
Yesterday, I successfully registered a Visa debit card, issued by the same bank with no problems.
When trying to register the Mastercard and I click on the Send message button, a red box appears with the text, that "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions."
From the bank can't see any issue on their side as they only say, that the transaction was unsuccessful.
